The position
As Senior Health and Safety Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the activities Health & Safety across ET Business Development & Support (ET BDS).
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Advise HS manager and Sorporate Vice President (SVP) on HS matters
- Be responsible for driving and coordinating initiatives for Novo Nordisk HS management system and processes
- Contribute and implement Novo Nordisk HS strategy, set goals, and follow up on these
- Secure that we live up to the Novo Nordisk HS and Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing ambitions
- Train and on-board HS responsible according to processes and standards
In this role, you will collaborate with People Managers, HS Representatives, Work Wise Trainer, Electrical and ATEX/CE Responsible, Maintenance (HS legal), Facility Manag-er, Project Managers and Senior Environmental Professional within the (E)HS process in agreement with Novo Nordisk Way and Health & Safety policy.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or other relevant education
- At least 3 years of Health & Safety experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Full proficiency in both English and Danish
On a personal level, you are a proactive and safety-focused professional who enjoys working independently and have the competencies to drive processes and systems in collaboration with peers and colleagues. You thrive in working structured and can handle a large network of stakeholders across the whole organization.
About the Department
In ET, we are a team of approximately 3,000 dedicated employees primarily based in Måløv and Taastrup (DK), with additional locations in Boston (US), Durham (US), Pe-tersburg (US), and Athlone (IR) - and our sites are continuously expanding. With am-bitious plans for the future, we are working diligently to bring our new tablet product to market. Together, we are committed to maintaining our position at the forefront of technological, systems, and process development.
You will join the dynamic and evolving ET Business Development & Support (ET BDS) team based in Taastrup. Working across all 7 (S)VP areas of ET, the ET BDS team serves as the Executive Office to the Senior Vice President of ET. We prioritize profes-sionalism and ownership, fostering an open and informal culture.
