The Position
As a Transformation Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Plan and execute the organisational change management strategy for initiatives to ensure increased impact and engagement.
- Identify and include change agents, channels, roles, opportunities, and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Perform and facilitate stakeholder analysis, scope and create training and learning, develop communication and engagement strategy.
- Continuously develop and evolve change management initiatives.
- Act as an OCM (organisational change management) professional, sharing and developing tools and approaches within OCM.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in organisational change management.
- Strong skills in planning and executing change management strategies.
- Ability to identify and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in performing stakeholder analysis and developing training and communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills.
- Ability to continuously develop and evolve change management initiatives.
