The position
In this role, you will be part of a great team of 11 colleagues, consisting of project managers, project associates and system experts. The team is in charge of driving adoption to our procurement systems, continuous optimisations in procurement processes and business partnering on a global level. Your core responsibilities will be within the optimisation of contract management processes and digitalisation.
You will be working closely with Line of Business across the company, on activities including:
- Project management related to driving digitalisation and process improvement including issue/opportunity identification, designing and implementation
- Change management to drive utilisation and adoption of digital procurement technology
- Business partnering to the organisation to ensure a close link between business needs and digital opportunities to drive world class procurement
- Providing input and drive future innovation of our digital procurement process

You will be based in Denmark, but limited travel activities are expected.
Qualifications
At Novo Nordisk we appreciate no two individuals share the same experience, but if the below points sound like a match, then we would love to hear from you. The ideal person will bring the following:
- A relevant masters background related to process optimisation, digitalisation, business administration, IT administration or the like, with excellent results.
- 5 years of experience leading complex projects related to digitalisation and process optimisations on a global scale
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
On a personal level, you are motivated by driving changes and improvements involving many stakeholders at all organisational levels, both internally and externallyyou have a pro-active problem-solving approach along with ability to use data to drive recommendations for achieving desired results.

Corporate Procurement is responsible for the global indirect spend in Novo Nordisk of app. 35 billion DKK. We define and drive the global procurement strategy.
