About the role
As an Apps Product Owner, you will be responsible for several iOS and Power BI Apps. You will maintain the roadmap and backlog for these while working in collaboration with several cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be the bridge between Line Of Business (LoB) and IT.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Define product vision, roadmap and requirements based on business goals
• Create and maintain product backlog for portfolio of iOS and Power BI apps
• Collaborate with users to gather and prioritize user requirements, as well as with UX designer and rest of the team to build and streamline workflows based on user needs
• Work closely with the team to refine backlog features, build product roadmap and delivery plan to meet deadlines
• Facilitate the implementation of the Apps in different sites

Which competencies to bring?
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field
• Solid experience in product management, project management or related field
• Experience of having worked in a laboratory or production within the pharmaceutical industry, or knowledge of how these areas work within regulated industry
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Working knowledge of app development and deployment in iOS ecosystem

Additionally, knowledge of GxP systems especially LabVantage LIMS will be a plus, but not a requirement.

About the department
LABS (Laboratory Solutions) is a part Digital Data & IT Product Supply organisation which has approximately 850 employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support to the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. In LABS you will be part of a highly engaged department developing and improving IT systems which are core to the laboratory processes in Novo Nordisk. Though you will be working with a lot of colleagues from around the globe, the job location will be in Denmark.
