We are currently looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Manager to join our Wholesale Europe & MEA team.
About the position:
The Sales Manager, Wholesale Partners will play a central role in building, maintaining, and expanding GUBI’s presence across key markets. The Sales Manager will drive GUBI’s physical and digital presence across our wholesale partners in Europe and MEA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our partners are well-supported to consistently represent and grow the GUBI brand.
Anchored in our new wholesale strategy, this position requires you to build strong relationships with a defined group of European wholesale partners, while balancing strategic planning and tactical execution. Key areas of focus include annual business planning, day-to-day partner support, and driving impactful sales and marketing campaigns across both physical and online channels.
You will report to the Head of Wholesale, Europe & MEA, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Service and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful implementation of our new partner model across a targeted subset of wholesale partners in Europe, creating a structured and professional collaboration framework.
- Play a vital role in driving partner growth through annual commercial plans, including sell-in of new product launches, in-store displays, and impactful campaign rollouts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews (monthly, quarterly, and annually) with key partners to track progress on sales targets, marketing campaigns, and other commercial initiatives.
- Develop and implement best practices for wholesale partners, covering sales planning, campaign execution, Master Data management, and performance insights.
- Provide daily communication and support to local partners to ensure alignment on operational and strategic goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Wholesale Key Account Management, ideally within the design or furniture industry.
- In-depth understanding of retail business mechanisms and proven experience supporting and growing physical retail.
- Digitally savvy with direct experience in building, managing, and selling through branded e-commerce platforms and third-party channels is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and full understanding of the value chain.
- Proven ability to develop and execute commercial partner plans that drive measurable results.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
- Experience working in dynamic, international environments with cross-cultural collaboration.

Language Skills:
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or Italian is considered a strong advantage.
