What you'll be doing:
As our Process Excellence Manager, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing processes and workflows that amplify efficiency, quality, and innovation. You will analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout our organization. The role involves effective change management, guiding teams through modifications, and addressing resistance. Successful implementation relies on clear process design, documentation, effective collaboration, and monitoring progress through metrics.

We are looking for an empathetic person with a coaching- and people-first mindset. You need a 'get things done' approach and a constant eye for improvement to empower teams to become more efficient and to enable individuals to succeed.
Key qualifications:
- Relevant degree such as a BSc or a MSc in Business or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with process optimization, either from a similar position, as an Agile Coach, or something else.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for process improvements.
- Expertise in change management to guide people through process changes and ensure successful adoption. Ability to address resistance and inspire a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, breaking down silos and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and principles to adapt and respond quickly to changing organizational needs.
- Prioritize and understand customer needs when designing and implementing processes.
- Strong skills in defining, documenting, communicating, and rolling out processes to all relevant stakeholders. Establish and maintain standardized processes across the organization.
Your new workplace will be the Milestone headquarters in Brøndby.
