At NKT in Asnæs, we are expanding our production significantly by building complete new production lines to meet the ever-rising demands of our customers. To ensure high customer satisfaction, a smooth and efficient supply chain operation is necessary, and we need another NKT Connector to collaborate with us do so. The position requires close collaboration with plant operations and sales support, as well as with the rest of the Supply Chain organization, local and global.
Planning, planning, planning!
As the Supply Planner, you will convert assigned capacity plan into a detailed production and delivery schedule. Part of this is to provide local operations management with projected short-, mid- and long-term capacity requirements as well as monitoring MTO and MTS planning. To do so maintenance of master data and improvement of existing processes feels smooth for you.
Your main area of responsibility and tasks will be:
- Contribute to supply scenario planning
- Daily monitoring of new requirements and rough-cut planning of full structure from FG to raw material in a 1-2 month horizon
- Planning and ownership of non-seasonal inventory
- Daily order status monitoring, updating of dates and information to Customer Service on changes
- Collaborate with production schedulers on daily changes
- Collaborate on raw material delivery plan with procurement
- Maintain MRP master data
Ability to analyze and collaborate at all levels
As a person, you are curious and knowledge-seeking. Your inventive and collaborative mindset ensures an innovative attitude, which you utilize in your daily communication with a broad palette of stakeholders in the organization. You work structured and are experienced in analyzing data to utilize the capacity to the highest degree.
We believe that you have:
- A BSc. in Supply chain, or a solid background in supply planning
- Min. 2 years’ experience in production
- Danish and English language skills on high level
- Solid MS Excel and SAP PP/DS skills (SAP APO is beneficial but not a requirement)
- Microsoft Office in general and Sharepoint on a good level
