Project Manager (parental leave cover for approx. one year)

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for managing projects initiated by the department and projects requested by our internal customers in Global Marketing’s in-house agency. You’ll lead project teams consisting of in-house specialists and have a close dialogue with our customers to make sure that we deliver on time and results.

You’ll be part of Events & Employee Engagement where you, together with your colleagues – a team of highly skilled event and campaign managers – will be essential in coordinating some of the projects in our portfolio of engaging activities. We plan and execute both on external and internal events and drive global employee engagement activities. As a team, we work closely with both our creative colleagues in Global Marketing and with our internal stakeholders. We have a can-do attitude and thrive when we make ideas come to life.
You’ll play an important role in:
- project managing production of creative assets
- being responsible for resource and stakeholder management
- project managing events
- planning and executing larger events and campaigns.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are an experienced project manager with a structured approach
- have an accommodating and can-do attitude
- have an eye for details
- are able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
- excel in creative processes and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
