Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are now looking for an Internal Communications Partner to help foster transparent, engaging, and effective communication within Cadeler.
What will you do?
As our new Internal Communications Partner, you will act as a strategic communications partner ensuring alignment of internal messaging with company goals and fostering transparency. Furthermore, you will own and manage internal communication channels in collaboration with relevant functions.
Your main tasks include:
- Provide guidance and support for leadership communication, including crafting messages, support the organisation of all-employee meetings, and facilitating two-way communication.
- Develop and implement the company’s internal communication strategy, ensuring aligned and consistent communication about organisational priorities, events, and initiatives.
- Lead internal communication campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with other business functions to support organisational transition and foster a strong company culture.
- Ensure timely and consistent internal communications aligned with external communication workstreams to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver effective crisis communication internally when needed.
- In collaboration with People & Culture, highlight employee success stories, career opportunities and diversity initiatives, contribute to employer branding initiatives through driving internal communications agenda.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, who is able to build relationships across functions and levels. Someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring high-quality content creation on time. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is proactive, agile and a self-starter, who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
We think you will be a good match if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic, internal communications or a related field, with proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communication strategies.
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint site, collaboration tools like MS Teams, and email campaign software).
- Certifications in Internal Communications or Change Management Communication is an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences through engaging storytelling.
