Optimising and Digitalising the Customer Journey
Reporting to the Business Development and Project Director, you will play a key role in bridging the company’s commercial activities, ensuring a seamless value chain from customer service to the end customer. Your responsibilities will include enhancing the digital support for the company’s processes by developing and implementing initiatives that optimise the overall customer journey. Your work will be data-driven, grounded in market insights that you will use to identify opportunities for improvement and translate into solutions that create value for the business. The goal is to increase customer loyalty and deliver solutions that ensure the future relevance of both the company and its products. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and implementing digital solutions to enhance the customer journey and optimise commercial processes
- Actively shaping and developing the function in a newly created role with significant influence and a focus on project management
- Taking responsibility for developing, designing, and implementing customer surveys
- Exploring and applying new technologies, such as robotics and AI, to strengthen the company’s commercial setup
- Developing and maintaining structural platforms that support growth and scalability
- Leading cross-functional projects focusing on digitalisation and efficiency in close collaboration with customer service, sales, IT, and Supply Chain
- Ensuring seamless integration between digital processes and the customer’s need for product information
You will take on a key role in an international company, responsible for optimising and digitalising the customer journey. Your ability to combine technological insight with an understanding of market trends and customer needs will make you an essential contributor to the company’s future success. You will join the Business Development team and will report to the Business Development and Project Director. Development, Project Management, and Technological Curiosity as Key Drivers
You hold a relevant education and bring solid experience in optimising and digitalising commercial processes, likely with insight from customer service functions where you have worked to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Your expertise enables you to identify areas for improvement and translate them into solutions that create value for both customers and the organisation. You are analytical and thrive in a data- and insights-driven environment, developing strategies and implementing concrete initiatives to optimise the business. As a strong project manager, you excel at leading cross-functional projects and creating cohesion across the organization. Your curiosity about technology and digital solutions, such as AI, equips you to identify innovative ways to strengthen the company’s commercial setup. You work analytically, purposefully, and persistently, while building strong internal collaborations. As an outgoing and hands-on team player, you drive engagement and progress. You are also tech-savvy, with solid experience in relevant tools, and you communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
