Are you driven by the implementation of a new isolator filling line, collaboration with a project group, an optimization way of thinking, support of validation activities, and daily production handling? Are you solution-oriented and enjoy working across different groups of professionals, mechanics, and operators?
Then this position as an Aseptic Filling Professional in our team at Novo Nordisk, Gentofte, is the right opportunity for you. Apply today!
The Position
As an Aseptic Filling Professional you will be part of a process support team supporting operations in an aseptic production environment, project validation activities, and carrying out process optimization for our new isolator filling line.
The isolator filling line is currently in the project and commissioning phase, and your initial responsibility will be to support the project organisation when challenges arise, as well as preparing for the coming daily operations. You will drive the resolution process, understanding the process flow.
The process support team plays a vital role in preparing the filling line for its daily operations in a production environment keeping up with compliance within pharmaceutical production. You are up for an exciting journey!
This will include handling of deviations and implementing preventive measures while also leading optimizations and performance stabilization activities towards the future production setup.
You will gain a broad network across our organization as we work with many stakeholders, such as quality assurance, technical support, skilled workers, operators, the project organisation, and other supporting functions.
Your focus will be on:
• Responsibility for ensuring the optimal production processes through continuous improvement initiatives and preventive measures, e.g. via handling of change requests, deviations (systematic problem solving), updating of procedures and job instructions.
• Performing and ensuring detailed documentation work within our Quality Management System.
• Participation in audits and inspections.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you are expected to have:
• An academic degree BSc. or MSc. within chemical engineering, biology, pharmaceutical science, or equivalent within Natural sciences.
• Some or extensive experience within GMP, preferably in one or more areas of aseptic production. Furthermore, experience within validation will be an advantage.
• The capacity to thrive working in a dynamic environment where you can prioritize between several important tasks and their deadlines.
• A high sense of quality.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Danish.
As a person you are positive by nature, and you can remain calm even when things get stressful. You like to interact daily with a variety of different stakeholders. Moreover, we expect you to be structured and quality-oriented while being able to complete tasks before the deadline that meet the requirements for cGMP.
We are looking for several new colleagues to join our team and are searching for candidates with varying experience level. You can be a newly graduate, have a few years of experience, or have extensive pharmaceutical expertise. We have a seat for you!
