The Customer Project Execution (CPX) Project Management Standards department, part of the CPX Global PMO, plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects across regions. This department integrates the Processes and Systems teams to deliver standardized solutions that enhance efficiency, profitability, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Supporting document management and development.
- Maintaining Stage Gate Models and providing user support.
- Creating or updating communication and training materials.
- Maintaining Team SharePoints.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with at least one year remaining.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; Visio is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with data analysis is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAC is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English.

Additional information
Primary work location: Aarhus or Copenhagen.
This is a part time position, where you will be expected to work 15-20 hours per week.
