Job Title
Senior Internal Communication Executive
This role goes beyond typical responsibilities, offering the chance to shape and lead communication campaigns that directly align with our strategic vision.
Job purpose
- Develop and implement compelling communication strategies that drive successful business transformation.
- Inspire and engage employees through compelling storytelling and impactful communications.
- Champion initiatives that foster a positive company culture and support successful organizational change.
Reporting Line
Reports to Human Resources & ESG Manager
Key Responsibilities
To develop and execute impactful, strategic communcations programs
- Develop and execute impactful communication programs that align with and support the company's strategic transformation.
- Craft compelling communication narratives that inspire and connect with employees during our transformation journey.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate effectiveness and improve the programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
To run and manage internal communication channels
- Oversee the operation of company’s intranet, social media, and newsletters.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communication of critical information to staff and stakeholders to effectively promote company activities.
- Drive employee engagement and interaction across all communication channels.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to enhance employer branding initiatives.
To lead company-wide events and Enhance corporate culture
- Lead the planning and execution of key activities such as the Summer Trip, Year-End Party, etc. fostering employee engagement.
- Design activities to build and strengthen corporate culture.
To be in charge of CSR and Media Relations:
- Design CSR projects internally or with external partners and fostering company’s reputation through professional and ethical CSR policies.
- Take charge of public relations and media activities to boost the company's reputation.
To support the HR&ESG Manager in general management
- Assist in analyzing staff involvement and feedback to propose improvements for communication channels, CSR activities, and cultural initiatives.
- Assist in establishing internal communication strategies, yearly plans, and budgeting.
- Represent the company in CSR activities and collaborate with media partners to enhance the company’s brand and reputation.
Job Requirements:
Qualification:
- University Degree in Diplomacy, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 03 year of experience in internal communications or public relations.
- Prior experience in a dynamic, international and evolving environment is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong relationship-building, communication, public relations and contextual writing skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software (e.g., graphic design software, video editing software).
- Motivated, learn & grow mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills (diplomatic, responsive, collaborative, etc)
- Proactive problem-solving, strategic thinking
- Energized, open-minded and extremely proactive
- Able to work under pressure and take initiatives
