You will primarily work with our Nordic brand and will be part of a remote team in Hanoi, and will report to our marketing team in Denmark.

RESPONSIBILITY
Design and Visual Content Creation:

  • Develop visually stunning and professional sales materials, including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and flyers, to support the sales team and client pitches.
  • Create impactful brand materials, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including digital and print assets.
  • Design graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and email marketing, maintaining alignment with the company’s brand identity.

Brand Management and Collaboration:

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and enhances the company’s visual identity.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs that meet business objectives.

Innovation and Quality Assurance:

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure high-quality standards for all deliverables, performing thorough reviews to deliver error-free materials.

Production and Asset Management:

  • Prepare and package files for print and digital distribution, managing production timelines effectively.
  • Organize and maintain a repository of creative assets for easy access and use across teams.

REQUIREMENT

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in marketing or branding roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling.
  • Experience designing materials for sales, marketing, and digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with production processes for print and digital media.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe XD and PowerPoint are mandatory.
  • Excellent communication (in English) and collaboration skills.

Key Skills

  • Graphic Design Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe XD.
  • PowerPoint Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerPoint for creating professional, engaging presentations.
  • Layout Skills: Strong attention to detail in crafting visually engaging layouts and typography.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling visuals that drive engagement.
  • Digital Design: Experience creating graphics for social media, web, and email campaigns.
  • Language Proficiency: A high level of English—both written and spoken—is essential for effective communication and content creation.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing multiple design projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to fast-paced environments.
  • Animation: Experience in simple animation in tools like After Effects or the likes is a big plus.

Working time: Mon-Fri, flexible hour, extra WFH

Location: Han Viet Tower, 348 Kim Nguu, Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
