Are you passionate about market expansion and portfolio management, go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing and do you enjoy analyzing and transforming market trends, consumer insights and relevant data into actions? In the Human Health business area we are many colleagues who are passionate about improving the health of people – in all life stages. As the global leader of probiotics and dietary supplements, we are on a quest to provide consumers all over the world with probiotic product solutions proven to solve profound health challenges and make people live heathier lives.

In this role you’ll work with:
As our student worker, you will work with these main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support the Market or Portfolio Execution team on business projects and day-to-day tasks
• Conduct market analysis, competitor search and analysis and consumer research
• Collect and structure data from various sources
• Build PowerPoint decks
• Various ad hoc tasks

The weekly working time will be 15-20 hours, and we are flexible around exams.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a student worker who is on their last year of the bachelor or first year of their masters. We expect you to contribute with a positive can-do attitude, and you are a team player who likes to collaborate and interact with multiple and diverse stakeholders. You are curious, eager to learn, not afraid of routine task and you want to develop your skills.

In addition, we imagine that our new student worker can recognize themselves in several of the following:

• you have an interest in the dietary supplement field
• you have experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
• you have an eye for detail and analytical skills
• you have a structured work approach and are able to work independently
• you have a focus in meeting deadlines
• you have good communication skills and are proficient in English
• you are in your final year of your bachelor’s or in the beginning of your master’s and are studying a degree within marketing, business development, economics, or similar.
