The team for you to join
You will be joining the Maintenance Team , also you will be located in Perú. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in Oterra.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance and Management of Industrial Plants, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering.
What would your role look like?
Provide support in:
- Maintenance cost management
- TPM
- Autonomous maintenance
- Updating procedures with supervision
- Spare parts management
- Planning and scheduling of activities
- Optimization of maintenance activities
- KPI’s
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge in:
- Maintenance software (CMMS)
- Excel
- Power BI
- AutoCad
Tools needed:
- Analytical skills
- Resilience
- Teamwork
- Curiosity
- Desire to learn
Languages Required:
- English (intermediate)
