Position Overview
The Inside Sales Manager at GN ReSound will lead, coach, and develop a high performing inside sales team dedicated to providing innovative hearing solutions to our clients. This role emphasizes people leadership, team development, and fostering a collaborative sales environment. The Inside Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales success by setting clear goals, implementing effective strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Execution of Key Initiatives: Lead and support key sales initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and driving team success.
- Sales Metrics and Reporting: Track and evaluate team sales performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data insights to drive improvements. Proficient in utilizing tools such as Customer 360 and Salesforce (SFDC) for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
- Execution of Sales Training: Develop, implement, and oversee ongoing sales training programs, ensuring the team has the knowledge and skills needed for success.
- Role Plays: Facilitate role-playing exercises to enhance the team's sales skills and build confidence in various sales scenarios.
- Weekly 1-on-1s: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance, provide feedback, and address individual challenges.
- Approval of Deals and Promos: Oversee the approval process for sales deals, promotions, and discounts, ensuring they align with company policies and profitability goals.
- Team Meetings: Lead team meetings to communicate goals, discuss progress, share best practices, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Onboarding of New Sales Reps: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, offering constructive feedback and establishing development goals. Responsibilities include reviewing P2Es and GN Voice Surveys in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Inside Sales
- Lead Strategy Sessions: Conduct individual strategy sessions with team members to discuss pipeline opportunities, refine sales tactics, and address any challenges.
- Sales Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Fostering New Ideas for Growth: Encourage innovative ideas and solutions to propel business growth and improve sales processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve team challenges or conflicts, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Budget and Resource Allocation: Assist in managing the sales department's budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to maximize productivity.
- Collaboration with Executive Leadership: Foster strong relationships and maintain open communication with executive leadership to align team objectives with organizational goals and drive strategic initiatives.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to guide team strategies.

Desired Qualifications
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
- Preferably Business emphasis.
Experience:
- Successful Phone Sales experience in medical device or hearing industry.
- Minimum of 5 years Business to Business selling experience (non-retail).
- 5 – 7 years sales experience with outside & inside sales experience preferred.
- Previous management experience a plus
Travel: Up to 15%
