The position
Novo Nordisk Emerging Technologies (ET) is growing and so are we in our MES team PAS-X.
As a Project Manager, you will be leading and coordinating some of the PAS-X pro-jects in our project portfolio. You will have the overview of your projects and you will be involved with stakeholders internal in ET and overall, Novo Nordisk. You will use your scrum/agile project management skills to secure progress and fast deploy.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Identify and drive building/re-building projects from idea to implementation
- Lead a portfolio of multiple projects
- Manage and coordinate resources, timelines and costs
- Seek best practice and inspiration from similar units across Product Supply Quality IT, when identifying possible solutions for our challenges or opportuni-ties in ET
In this position, you will be working across the organization, including production, manufacturing development, and global IT, and your stakeholders in and outside ET will rely on your business understanding and your ability to translate business needs into solutions.
Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious proactive Project Manager who can contribute to the team and organization using your experience, stakeholder management skills, and your personality.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field like Software Engineering, Computer Science or life sciences
- Several years’ experience with project management within IT with AGILE style
- An in depth knowledge of the Office Suite
- Ability to navigate effortlessly in complex environments and with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English
Having knowledge of PAS-X and similar MES systems, as well as experience with IT projects from a highly regulated manufacturing environment and understanding of GMP will be seen as an advantage.
As a person, you have a can-do attitude and know how to motivate your team when difficulties arise. You convey your authority effortlessly and you can earn trust and respect of the people you work with and other stakeholders. You proactively prevent problems before they emerge and anticipate any issues that might challenge the scope, quality, and economy of the project.
About the department
You will be part of the PAS-X team in our IT & automation department. The team’s main tasks is to support our organization in their daily operation and to participate in analyzing, configuring and implementing PAS-X which is a manufacturing execution system, in close cooperation with all other areas on our site such as bulk, pack and QA.
You will be in a team where there is a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common to support and help each other, have a good time and to make a big difference.
