The position
As an Associate Manager for Outbound Warehouse, you will play a key role in the department as a leader of a team of around 25 highly committed and professional operators and one coordinator. The team's responsibility is to ensure the optimal operation of outbound processes, i.e., shipping goods in the right flow, driving process improvements, and maintaining a high focus on quality and delivery to our production lines and business partners.
You will be part of the management group, where you can look forward to working on both long-term strategic directions and daily routines, including prioritization of operations and projects.
Your tasks are very varied and include the following elements:
- Drive performance through optimizations.
- Develop the team and ensure engaged and motivated employees.
- Ensure optimal staffing for 24/7 operations throughout the year.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
· A relevant degree and thorough experience in warehousing or supply chain.
· 3+ years of managerial experience in similar roles.
· Preferable experience with the production and/or development of pharmaceuticals, as well as a basic understanding of GMP.
· Good communication skills in Danish and English.
· This position requires equal parts professional and managerial focus, including the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the job requires a high degree of structure and a systematic approach to maintain a continuous overview of the production, the tasks, and the team. Knowledge of cLEAN® is therefore preferable.

The department
The Warehouse department in AM Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area with approx. 90 employees and 5 managers. The site is running in a Lean fashion and with just-in-time deliveries, relying on highly automated material handling equipment and systems. The department is responsible for all materials entering and leaving our FP factory. The Outbound Warehouse is mainly responsible for all materials leaving our factory. We are currently doubling our capacity with a Warehouse Expansion Project where the team plays a key role.
