The position
As a Process Engineer at Novo Nordisk, you will:
• Apply profound process knowledge to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Perform process confirmation of operations, supporting execution.
• Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate clearly, timely, and directly with stakeholders
• Ensure inspection readiness of your area of responsibility and participate in inspections
• Provide daily support to process execution and systematic problem-solving
• Ensure good documentation practice according to cGMP for your own documentation
• Provide relevant training/introduction to colleagues and stakeholders
• Share best practices with colleagues and relevant stakeholders
• Always work with a safety-first mindset in all activities
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
• A degree in engineering and other related fields
• Experience in process engineering, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and good documentation practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
• Experience in managing utility and ensuring the efficient delivery of essential services
• Professional proficiency in English and preferably Danish
About the department
API M2 Recovery is part of PS Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS-API). We are producing products for diabetics and obesity around the world. In M2 Recovery, you will join approximately 230 competent and dedicated colleagues divided into 12 teams. The department is undergoing substantial remodeling and is therefore expanding. The job is located at our headquarters, where you will experience a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
