Student Assistant - Digital Device Support Team

Welcome to Service & Support
You’ll be part of the Digital Device Support team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage various IT support tasks essential to our operations. As a team, we prioritise collaboration and a supportive work environment to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • handling our return process for leavers’ equipment, data handling and follow-ups
  • managing support tickets, distribution of end-user equipment and leaver tickets, and ensuring timely resolutions
  • conducting data management tasks, including updating spreadsheets and databases
  • performing onsite support tasks and floor walks
  • communicating with managers to ensure equipment accountability
  • supporting with additional administrative tasks as needed.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme
  • possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • have a basic understanding of IT equipment and support processes, or equivalent experience
  • are proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • are eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges.
