The Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to building, optimizing, and maintaining our cloud-based solutions. You’ll participate in managing Azure-based DevOps operations in a multi-cloud infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. You'll work closely with our engineering team to optimize our CI/CD pipelines and ensure the security and resilience of our systems. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology and isn’t afraid to introduce new ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and maintenance of cloud infrastructure in Azure.
- Develop and expand CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage container orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Follow and implement cloud security best practices.
- Support automation efforts using tools like Terraform.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
- Experience with cloud security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with skilled colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Interest in working with Helm, PostgreSQL, Linux and Hasura.
- Interest in Cyber Security and penetration test practices.
- Experience with .net based applications
- An interest in understanding and working with maritime operational forecast systems.
