Your Role: Fueling Growth, Inspiring Change 🚀
As a Growth Marketing Consultant, you’ll collaborate with diverse B2B and B2C clients to enhance their digital presence, boost traffic, and drive meaningful engagement. You'll play a vital role in shaping customer journeys and optimizing business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing growth marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
• Implementing and managing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (proficiency in JavaScript required).
• Leading client meetings and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Analyzing data to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Using tools like Google Looker Studio to craft compelling data visualizations.

Whether you’re brainstorming new campaigns or optimizing existing channels, no two days will look the same. And with our hybrid work model, you’ll have the flexibility to balance in-office collaboration and remote focus.

About You: A Growth Mindset and a Spark 💡
We’re looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
• A solid 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, Google & Meta Ads, Web Analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire trust in clients and colleagues alike.
• Confidence in presenting ideas, coupled with a solutions-focused attitude.
• Native-level Finnish and professional proficiency in English (additional Nordic languages are a plus!).

Bonus points if you thrive on tackling challenges head-on, enjoy working across multiple projects, and have a genuine passion for helping clients grow.
