Our Tribe – Core Financing Platform
Our Tribe focuses on delivering core services for mortgage and bank loans across all markets and customer types. We also support the bank and other Tribes with new loan products, process changes and services to enable the banks strategy and an even better customer experience.
You will work in one of our cross-functional Agile squads, where some of the teams have colleagues in India or Lithuania. As a team, you will be trusted and empowered to help us make new solutions/products supporting our customers in Denmark, for both Danske Bank and Realkredit Danmark.
What to expect
You will be working in an environment where teamwork matters and you can contribute to our goals. Your daily work will consist of a wide variety of tasks such as:
- Translating business needs into clear objectives
- Elicit and decompose requirements
- Stakeholder engagement
- Develop and map user flows /processes
As a Business Analyst Student you will also write user stories, challenge existing practices, provide domain knowledge to the development team, testing, facilitate workshops, provide analysis of problems, project management and much more. Together we will make some progress by balancing an effective delivery focus while having fun and ensuring that you both grow personally and professionally.
The weekly working hours is typically 15 or 20 hour (depending on your school schedule).

We are looking for someone who have:
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is crucial.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, or Python can be beneficial.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying problems and proposing effective solutions.
- Verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
