What will you do?
To support our growth, as a Project/Package Manager, you will take a key role in project planning and execution with Cadeler’s expanding portfolio of major foundation projects. You will be responsible for managing a package within Cadeler’s overall transport and installation scope a foundation project, focusing on safe and effective execution with will include tangible elements of deliverables, tender requirements, procurement of subcontractor’s services, quality and coordination between subcontractors, clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Managing a package team related to Construction Support Vessel, Commissioning and other marine operations
- Coordination and communication with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders (e.g. Management,Technical/Engineering Department, Sales, Vessel Crew, etc.)
- Responsible for project economics, project deliverables and project schedule
- Key part of delivering a safe project, both by design and during execution.
- Handling of procurement and tenders, contracts and general negotiations of all elements related to the projects (supported by Procurement and Contract Management)
- Support further development of the quality of project management in Cadeler
- Support the development of less experienced Project Managers
- Support Sales with future potential projects/tenders.
Cadeler’s foundation projects are split into separate packages, which is individually are led by a Project Manager, yet which is referred to as a Package Manager.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle a wide variety of tasks. You can maintain the large-scale perspective of major complex projects and you know how to prioritize by importance, risk and commercial impact.
We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:
- A BSc or MSc in engineering or equivalent degree
- +5 years of experience with project management within Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas or Heavy-Lift, ideally including offshore/seagoing experience or within offshore project execution.
- Prior experience with subcontractor management, contract management
- English fluency, both written and spoken
- Excellent competences in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Relocation will be needed for this position, if you are not currently based in either Copenhagen or Great Yarmouth (Norwich area).
