VIKING’s Global Business Services is operating to support VIKING entities across the globe. Our GBS PPE Fire team is overall responsible for VIKING’s PPE Fire sales orders, using SAP as our major ERP platform.
We have an ambitious business plan, and right now, we are looking for a Back Office Sales Coordinator to join our team. Your daily work has to be carried out in close cooperation and coordination with the Global Inside Sales Department, Fire - Worldwide.
Based at our office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria you will report to the Sr. Director, Global Fire Sales and be involved in everyday tasks and projects bringing an interesting workday.

Tasks and Responsibilities
The daily work has to be carried out in close cooperation and coordination with the Logistics Center (Shipping, Planning, Purchase and Warehouse) – Worldwide and our customers. The following tasks can be expected:

• Entering orders received from designated area into SAP
• Go to person for assigned markets or country
• Execution and follow-up of orders received from customers and inside sales within designated area
• Assisting for receipt and services of complaints received from customers
• Coordinate customer wishes directly with customers
• Cost price calculations on demand
• Provide key persons with statistic material, reports etc.

This position is full time and may include up to 15 international travel days a year.

Your profile
Juniors are welcome! Otherwise if you have previous experience in sales support / back office or similar administrative position, it will be considered as an advantage.
The successful candidate also has:

• Fluency in English since our corporate language is English
• Basic or Upper-Intermediate level of German language. If Basic level, willing to learn German language will be considered as a huge advantage
• University degree

Therefore you have positive ”can do” and helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers. On a personal level you are service minded and responsive team-player.
