The job

Here’s what the job entails
As an Incident Manager in our IT Operations & Services team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that incidents are effectively managed and resolved. You will own and shape our incident-management processes, improve process maturity as well as the overall incident-handling experience across Danske Commodities.

Concretely, your responsibilities include:

  • being the trusted expert and providing guidance for incident-management across all departments
  • embedding ITIL best practices to ensure efficient operations
  • leading Change Advisory Board meetings to ensure smooth change processes
  • investigating incidents, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent repeats

Your qualifications

But enough about us… over to you!
As you will be working with incident-management and process improvements, we are looking for someone who has experience taking ownership of processes and loves getting to the bottom of issues and designing workflows that stop them from popping up again.

We also imagine that you have:

  • experience working with ITIL frameworks and incident-management processes
  • sharp investigative skills and a proactive mindset to identify root causes and craft effective solutions and continuous improvements
  • exceptional communication skills to simplify complex issues and ensure colleagues across departments can easily understand and take action
  • a structured and detail-oriented approach that helps you juggle multiple priorities effortlessly
  • familiarity with tools like Atlassian, CMDB and Root Cause Analysis
