Stream is our Global Graduate Program, a two-year development journey designed to expand your skills and values, providing a well-defined course for rapid career growth and transformation. In other words, a chance to define your future!

What is the program about?
Designed to prepare you for your next career step, the program consists of three eight-month rotations to accelerate your growth and unlock your potential.
In each rotation you will be working on a specific project under the management of a Project Owner and a team of Grundfos employees. This project creates the content of your rotation and will be from a real challenge found in the business. You can make a significant contribution here, so we expect you to give it your best and engage fully in each project.
Continuous development opportunities will empower you to better your talent. We will also ensure that you are part of a local and global community, coming together as a group several times over the course of the program. Here you will e.g. travel to Denmark to visit the Head Quarters of Grundfos, experience the history and be a part of the future.

What are the requirements for applying?
To apply for the Stream Global Graduate Program, we expect you to have:
- A Master's degree.
- 0-3 years of experience after graduation.
- The ability to create a significant impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A comprehensive analytical competency with digital and customer-centric mindset and flair for technology and digitalisation.
- Effective communication skills and excellent English.
