How to contribute to our vision
We are seeking 2 Student Workers for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Governance function in Brande, Denmark. We are the global process owners of PLM in Siemens Gamesa worldwide. We are responsible for definition and continuous improvement of processes and procedures for managing our product portfolio of wind turbines and related offerings.
You will be participating in the definition, communication, and improvement of the PLM process framework. Tasks will include:
- Detailed description of processes and deliverables
- Creating communication and training materials
- Training of program teams in selected processes
- Maintaining our Sharepoint-based PLM process framework
Additionally, you will be assigned to support a group of product development programs in the corporate Technology function. Your responsibilities with the programs include:
- Setting up project sites in Microsoft Sharepoint
- Managing deliverables and documentation in the projects using SharePoint and PowerBI
- Supporting the program management teams in applying the processes to their specific projects
What you need to make a difference
We are seeking Master students in the areas of Technology Management or Business, or combinations thereof. Candidates with alternative backgrounds, who believe they have the qualifications to join, are also invited to apply. We are specifically looking for:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Sharepoint, Excel, PowerBI), preferably at superuser level
- Experienced with AI tools, e.g. Microsoft Copilot would be a plus
- Structured mindset
- Ability to work with large amounts of data without getting lost
- Communication skills, especially in a multi-cultural environment
- English as a working language (Danish and/or Spanish an advantage, but not a requirement)
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
