We are looking for a Global Compliance Manager who can take lead driving the compliance agenda across Pandora.
As a Global Compliance Manager you will be part of leading the design and development of Pandora’s global compliance programme, covering the areas anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and competition law. You will guide the business on a wide range of compliance topics and take lead on initiatives promoting a culture of integrity. The Global Compliance team is responsible for Pandora’s compliance agenda globally, covering more than 100 markets.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving Pandora’s compliance agenda together with the rest of the team. This includes:
- Leading projects where you define and enhance compliance processes and frameworks to make sure the programme is suitable for Pandora. This can cover topics such as governance, risk management, third party management, conflict of interest, gifts and entertainment, monitoring, and digitalisation initiatives.
- Provide training for employees in our stores, production and corporate functions.
- Provide advisory on day-to-day compliance matters, including sanctions.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and best practices within anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, third-party management and competition law, and being able to adapt our programme and policies accordingly.
- Be an active business partner for stakeholders in functions such as Internal Audit, Global Procurement, Network & Franchise, Risk & Insurance, Legal, Finance, HR, Sustainability and our Production teams in Thailand and Vietnam.
What is needed to succeed:
- Minimum five years of relevant experience working with compliance, or equivalent experience.
- You have knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption and anti-money laundering, and are familiar or have an interest in learning about Competition Law.
- You demonstrate strategic thinking to align compliance initiatives with organisational goals, and have the ability to see how the different projects fits into the greater picture.
- You have project management skills and can scope and drive projects independently.
- You are ready to be hands-on and operational when necessary, and you have the ability to translate theory into practical terms.
- You can communicate effectively with people on all levels, delivering messages with impact.
- You have stakeholder management skills with the ability to timely involve and inform the right stakeholders.
- You foster a team culture, are a team player, can collaborate with people with different backgrounds, and adapt to diverse perspectives.
- You are a proactive business partner who can be a frontrunner for ethical business conduct.
Your new team
You will be part of the Global Compliance team working with three other compliance professionals and be in a team with seven data privacy professionals. We are an international and diverse group of people, everyone with a passion for compliance and business ethics. Our team members speak various languages, but English is our corporate language. Some travel might be expected, but is limited. You will report to the Director of Global Compliance.
