Project Development Manager, North America markets

Project Development Manager, Sustainability & Traceability Data Solutions, North America markets.
You will develop and execute go to market strategies for Trimco’s Sustainability and Traceability Data Management platform, with particular emphasis on our Product DNA® solution for our US & Canada markets. The candidate will develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in the assigned solutions. The role will partner with the Sales team to close new revenue by driving customer projects to full implementation. Experience in apparel/textile industry related to supply chain is required.

The position reports to the Manager of Project Development – ProductDNA, North America

Responsibilities

• Identify solution “sweet spot” and corresponding prospects/ customer pipeline.
• Develop and present crisp high-level presentations to create interest with decision makers.
• Drive growth though pipeline management in partnership with Sales.
• Develop and present customer specific presentations that communicate value propositions and ROI’s.
• Coordinate with internal resources to develop customer statement of work, pilot process and solution deployment.
• Monitor post implementation performance and report metrics to customer at periodic intervals.
• Develop a thought leadership position in the marketplace for assigned solution.
• Provide input to the Company on product & solution development.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in textile, footwear or IT industry.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply chain and product development in the textile/apparel/footwear industry.
• Understand how data management systems work. Experience, implementing data management systems a bonus.
• Interest or background in sustainability a plus.
• Must be collaborative and work with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to insure successful scoping, onboarding, and implementation of the solution.
• Ability to navigate complex problems and structures to determine best solution for customer needs.
• Proven strength in research and self-education relative to industry trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Professional, ambitious, driven with a positive outlook.
