The position
As a Business Partner in PD QA, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing management support to the leadership teams in PD QA, including day-to-day management tasks, change management, strategy implementation, and optimization
  • Acting as a strategic anchor, supporting the overall strategic agenda in the area and ensuring alignment with the Novo Nordisk Quality strategy
  • Engaging in communication and fostering engagement towards the Line of Business and stakeholders to ensure seamless information sharing
  • Driving the budget process together with Personal Assistants
  • Challenging existing work streams, identifying improvement potentials, and visualizing performance management

The position offers frequent senior management interaction and the opportunity to impact how well the organization is prepared for the many future opportunities and challenges. Furthermore, this role opens opportunities for further career development within project management, people leadership or executive management support.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of business processes, systems, and industry requirements.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Have several years’ of demonstrated experience in a business partner or similar role, providing support to senior leaders in strategic discussions and decision-making
  • Have proficiency in working with data to ensure data-driven decision-making
  • Are fluent in English

On a personal level, you showcase outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.

About the department
You will become a part of PD QA, which consists of five areas: one support department and four operational areas. In this role, you will support two of the operational areas—Due Diligence & Integration Q (DD&I Q) and Development Product Portfolio QA (DPP QA).

You will be placed within PD QA Transformation & Insights, a department composed of various competences such as Data & AI, Strategy, Communication, and Lean. This department is specifically designed to provide support to the different operational areas within PD QA. While your primary focus will be on the areas you are supporting, you will also collaborate with and work within PD QA Transformation & Insights, utilising them as your key sparring partners and team members.
