What You’ll Do
As our CAM, you’ll take ownership of ensuring our brand’s success in the market by mastering the 4Ps: product, price, placement, and promotion. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the local brand planning process and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Developing and executing innovative local activation plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Monitoring brand performance and implementing solutions to achieve business goals.
- Managing new product launches and crafting pricing strategies that drive results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
- A university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG, OTC, or the retail sector.
- Fluency in both English and Danish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a keen eye for detail.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- A creative mindset and adaptability to change.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
