About the Mission
For the Benelux region, we are looking for an experienced project manager to join our Professional Services team. The Professional Services team is responsible for implementing our software at client sites. The Benelux team consists of 34 driven onboarding specialists, consultants, and project managers. The PS team also collaborates with our other regional teams, such as Sales, Customer Success Management, and Customer Care.
- Lead the implementation project for our client.
- Monitor the scope of the client project, focusing on the standard features of our CRM.
- Coordinate and facilitate all activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Define a project implementation plan to address improvement opportunities.
- Follow up with clients and communicate potential future standards and benefits.
- Guide the team and client through the implementation process.
- Manage client expectations.
- Complete implementation estimates (costs and effort) that are feasible and measurable.
- Prioritize activities to meet requirements.
- Improve existing approaches with fresh, alternative solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the client, stakeholders, and technical teams.
About You

Specifically, we’re looking for:
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch (native) and English (professional level).
• 8+ years of project management experience in software (CRM/ERP) projects.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, IT, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate progress effectively.
• Capable of managing multiple projects with shared goals simultaneously.
• A flexible approach, ready to take on multiple roles if needed.
• Strong analytical skills, with a background in functional analysis.
• Passion for leading and managing large-scale change projects—career-focused on this role.
• Proven track record of leading successful transformation projects from start to finish.
• Strategic (big picture) and tactical thinking in project planning, scoping, budgeting, and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to estimate project efforts and manage client expectations.
• Understanding and appreciation of the processes, procedures, and governance required to lead projects and programs.
• The ability to document the current status of client activities and map processes to implement solutions for complex client business problems, adhering to our application standards.
