The position
This team is newly created after a major reorganisation, and your first task will be to ensure a smooth merging process for your employees coming from different teams into one. Your team is multidisciplinary, covering data-science, planning, forecasting, batch requests and equipment capacity analysis.

The purpose of your team is:

• Ensure continuous improvement across our 7 QC laboratories in the VP area.
• Drive your team to investigate business needs and identify solutions supporting a growing business.
• Support your team in managing a large stakeholder landscape and guide them to find the balance between challenging and collaborating with their stakeholders.

As the team and role is newly established you will be able to set your footprint in anchoring it.

Qualifications
You will be a great leader for our newly established team because you have:

• Solid leadership experience in working with employees with different levels of seniority.
• Experience in working within a support function – it is an advantage if you have experience within QC or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in working with data and AI.
• Experience navigating a complex stakeholder landscape and drive change management.
• Experience navigating a complex project / task portfolio across a large area.
• Professional proficiency in English and a relevant academic degree.

With a strategic mindset, you can work independently to drive decisions and processes forward and thrive in a high-paced and dynamic workday, prioritising and inspiring others. You have the ability for seeing the bigger picture and able to keep the eye on the ball in collaboration with stakeholders.

About the department
Your team will be part of the AMSAT Quality Control area that is based in Gentofte, Hillerød and Kalundborg. Here we are app. 500 colleagues who support the biotech production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analysis of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is in high quality and ready for release to patients. We bring value to patients by delivering timely and reliable results that keeps production in control. We drive change by always looking for improvements and innovation within our processes.
