DISCOVER THE ROLE
In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead in driving business development by building a strong new business pipeline, while also focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. Your ability to understand client needs, coupled with a strategic approach to account planning, will help you develop meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients.
Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with internal teams across multiple jurisdictions to deliver exceptional client experiences. From managing complex multi-jurisdictional proposals to driving cross-selling opportunities and ensuring alignment with TMF’s unique value propositions, this role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline for consistent sales conversion.
- Optimize sales opportunities using market knowledge and insights.
- Drive strategic account planning for assigned key clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Lead the coordination of multi-jurisdictional sales proposals and drive cross-selling opportunities.
- Utilize tools like CRM for accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Participate in large-scale opportunities from initiation to closure, leveraging internal expertise to maximize deal value.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a commercial environment or consulting, accounting, or legal firms.
- Exceptional English communication skills; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries at all levels.
- Experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional proposals and “solution selling.”
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing workloads.
- Familiarity with enterprise software or SaaS sales environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
