The job
Here’s what the job entails
In the role, your main responsibility will be to ensure that asset master data remains accurate and kept up-to-date. With our growing asset portfolio in Germany, your German language skills will be essential for engaging with our German-speaking stakeholders.
Concretely, your responsibilities will include:
- registering and validating master data
- requesting and controlling metering data
- communicating with external German-speaking stakeholders
- handling requests from customers

You will join our Customer Operations Germany team, which consists of six quality-minded and committed employees, who connect Danske Commodities’ power asset portfolio. By ensuring excellent customer service, smooth onboarding of assets and high-quality master data, we pave the way for customer satisfaction and the growth of our customer business.
You will play an important role in managing operations and maintaining control of master data in Danske Commodities’ assets portfolio.

Your qualifications

As you will be working with a lot of data that needs careful attention, we see you as structured and data-driven when solving. problems. Also, as the team covers many different tasks, we are looking for someone who takes a positive view, thrives in an operational role and stays positive while managing both big projects and smaller daily tasks.
We also imagine that you:
- are enrolled in a relevant education, such as Finance or Economics
- have experience with Excel and/or SQL
- can work approximately 15-20 hours a week
- are proficient in English and have basic speaking and writing skills in German
Please note that it is not a requirement to have prior knowledge of the energy industry to enter this role.
