The Position
At Roche, we’re seeking a transformative Patient Journey Partner (PJP) in Hematology to join our team in Denmark. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our efforts to collaborate with healthcare professionals, identify key barriers in the patient journey, and deliver innovative solutions that provide the greatest value to patients, healthcare systems, and society. Together, we’ll redefine how personalized healthcare is delivered.
The Opportunity
- You act as a trusted partner and the primary point of contact (PPOC) between Roche and external customers, sharing insights and driving impactful solutions to meet patient and ecosystem needs.
- You build and maintain an extensive external network across the patient journey, becoming the go-to expert for healthcare professionals in Hematology.
- You collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and remove barriers, unlocking opportunities to deliver exceptional value for patients and the healthcare community.
- You support the entire lifecycle of Roche’s Hematology solutions, ensuring their appropriate use and efficiently communicating their value proposition in a balanced and ethical manner.
- You lead the planning and execution of product launches and engagement strategies by using insights and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
- You enhance the experiences of all partners interacting with Roche, ensuring high-quality engagements with our products, services, and employees.
- You champion cross-functional collaboration and take accountability for creating demand and optimizing patient access for Roche’s Hematology solutions.
Who You Are
- You hold a University Degree in a relevant field such as science, pharmacy, business/marketing, or medicine.
- You have at least 5 years of experience working closely with healthcare professionals, such as in roles like Product Manager, Medical Science Liaison (MSL), or Medical Advisor, with prior experience in Hematology.
- You have established networks in the Hematology ecosystem and strong customer engagement skills, including collaboration with key external experts.
- You have a confirmed ability to use insights to develop impactful customer engagement plans and implement successful product launch strategies.
- You thrive in having a visible external role engaging, collaborating and bringing value for patients, HCPs and the healthcare system.
- You are proficient in Danish and English (written and verbal), with a deep understanding of the healthcare system and regulations in Denmark.

- Outstanding partnering and relationship-building skills, including deep-listening, mentor, consulting, and articulating clear value propositions.
- Experience in taking leadership in cross-functional work, mobilizing teams, and navigating complex systems.
- Proficiency in using digital and AI tools, and agile ways of working is an advantage.
- A strong passion for making a meaningful impact in the healthcare ecosystem and improving the patient journey.
