Our Marketing Department for our office in Vedbaek is looking for a

Marketing Specialist Nordics (f/m/d) (100 %)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong internal relationships with Sales & Product teams to ensure marketing plans are supported internally, commercial, relevant and aligned to local & regional sales and marketing objectives
  • Working together with sales & product teams to sell in new product, concepts & campaigns (inc. development of tools, trade shows, events and internal meetings/conferences)
  • Management and delivery of B2B communication tools (B2B digital newsletter, communication tools such as imagery and digital banners on B2B portal, catalogue & flyer printing)
  • Supporting the sales team in developing ‘on brand’ tools and communication assets to win new business
  • Run seasonal sell in analysis to understand product distribution across wholesale environment
  • Communicating the PR/media approach to wholesale key account partners – such as new launches, campaigns or calendar moments to ensure brand marketing investments are aligned and leveraged in within key & strategic wholesale accounts
  • Building a simple, streamlined B2C marketing approach in bronze & silver level accounts such as POS or digital toolkits for self-assembly/use
  • Work as a tight knit team with your CMS NX counterpart to develop tools, support the sales team and drive sell thru in wholesale stores
  • Reporting on and learning from results, calculating and communicating ROI – working closely with sales

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (nice to have)
  • At least 2 years of experience in the role or a comparable one (retail/VM, wholesale, or trade marketing)
  • Fluent in English and Danish, and/or any other Nordic languages.
  • Social media, industry and trend savvy
  • IT proficiency: Word, Excel, PPT
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at one time, prioritizing workload seamlessly
  • Works well under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Adaptable – showing the ability to pivot with changing priorities and objectives
  • Shows a keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of the local market/high street retail trends and competitor activity
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and interest in consumer and retail marketing
  • Adept with numbers – budget management, calculating ROI etc
  • Ability to build strong, meaningful internal & external relationships
  • A team player
