Project Manager Innovation
Are you looking for a challenging position as a project Manager, working together with an international team of highly competent colleagues and with Europe as your workplace? Then this position might be something for you.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and development projects across Vilofoss group. You will collaborate with various teams including sales, nutritionists, factories and regulatory experts.
Responsibilities
- Take lead on the NPD / innovation process globally
- Drive best practice innovation project management. Finalize project work within set time and cost frame according to business demands
- Provide technical content, decision memos and other material for SteerCo meetings
- Define project scope, deliverables and timeline
- Take lead on business case, production, EPD and prepare for launch
- Slim down, simplify existing product portfolio, oversee the innovation portfolio across species globally
- Support all colleagues in their roles
Profile and competences
We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking individual with a M.Sc. in animal science, veterinary science, biology, or related fields, coupled with proven experience in the agricultural sector. You should possess a strong track record in managing complex innovation projects, showcasing exceptional project management skills and commercial insight.
As an independent and action-oriented professional, you excel at working autonomously and thrive on collaborating directly with stakeholders, including traveling to member countries to drive specific projects forward. You are adept at using project management software, Power BI, or similar tools, and possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build effective relationships and foster collaboration.
With a high level of energy and focus, you are results-driven and always looking ahead, combining strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach to achieve project success.
Your working location will be from our office in Fredericia, but expect travel days from 5-10% per year in Europe
