What You’ll Do
Your primary focus will be leveraging data to support decision-making and streamline processes into a unified pan-Nordic system. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and Supporting Sales Initiatives: Assist in commercial projects and drive sales efficiency through data insights.
- Collaborating on Strategic Decisions: Work closely with teams to improve go-to-market strategies and operational performance.
- Championing Data-Driven Approaches: Perform ad-hoc analyses to uncover actionable insights and solve diverse business challenges.
About the Team
You’ll join a pan-Nordic team of five professionals spanning Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. This diverse and supportive group thrives on collaboration and curiosity, working together to create impactful solutions. The team connects daily via Teams and share ideas in a dynamic environment. You’ll also be able to enjoy opportunities to meet in person a couple of times a year.
What You Bring
To succeed, you’ll need:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Experience with visualization tools, such asPowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: A self-driven and flexible approach to working in a hybrid environment and across teams.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Danish and English.
