We are at an exciting and key moment of growth at ProMark. As we are expanding our market position in the Nordics and Northern Europe, we are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to support, improve and drive forward our bid processes.
You will join our Sales & Marketing team with highly experienced and dedicated colleagues both in Denmark, Norway and Sweden working closely together on an everyday basis.
The role
Together with the Sales & Marketing team you will drive forward key commercial activities and directly impact our topline.
This newly created role focuses on planning, managing and driving forward the sales processes, including responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and ad hoc sales initiatives in close collaboration with the sales team.
In addition, you will work closely with colleagues from other departments and locations to develop ProMark’s proposal toolbox as well as share and implement commercial best practice.
Key responsibilities
As our new Bid Manager, you will support and continuously improve our bid management and pitching processes.
- Project management of proposal, bid and sales processes taking ownership of our deliverables to ensure high-quality responses, including stakeholder coordination and communication
- Define and develop the win strategy and value proposition together with key stakeholders to ensure that proposals are aligned to the prospective customers’ demands and requirements
- Copywriting, design, layout and proof-reading of sales and proposal material
- Ongoing maintenance of proposal library to support future commercials processes
- Ad hoc support to the Sales & Marketing team, including production of sales materials, presentations for customer meetings and documentation
What you will bring
You have a proven track record within management of proposal, bid and sales processes from a similar role. Experience with IT and digital projects and a general understanding of SaaS solutions and digital transformation programs is considered an advantage but is not a requirement.
To succeed in this role you must have:
- Strong understanding of complex bid and sales processes, and always strive for improving and optimising the win rate
- Great organisational and project management skills
- Creative flair expressed through strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and experience with developing impactful presentations with an eye for the details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English

Our headquarters is based in Kgs. Lyngby with offices in Sweden, Norway, UK, and Romania. Every year we gather all employees across countries for one or two social events, and in addition, we also prioritise regular local and department/team events.
Please note that this position is based at our headquarters in Denmark.
