Are you motivated to contribute significantly to hearing technology while gaining practical experience in documentation and compliance?
GN, in hearing aid and audio technology, is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to join our Labelling Team. In this role, you will be involved in the process of creating, revising, and controlling user guides for hearing aids and their accessories.

As a Student Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in an environment where you will contribute to the quality and clarity of essential user information that supports our customers and enhances their experience with our products.

The Team You Will be Part of
The Labelling Team at GN is a group providing users with clear, accurate, and compliant information about our hearing aids and accessories. This collaborative and inclusive team, composed of members from diverse backgrounds, contributes to creating and revising user guides while enhancing creativity and innovation. We work closely with various departments, including regulatory affairs, product development, and quality assurance, to ensure that all documentation meets the highest standards.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Manage and maintain documentation for labelling processes, including user guides and UDI labels.
  • Ensure labelling compliance with GN's standards and global procedures.
  • Oversee user guides containing regulatory and operational information.
  • Conduct quality assurance for user guides across hardware and software products.

To fulfill the role, we imagine that you:

  • Are a bachelor’s or master’s student within engineering, or related field.
  • Have solid stakeholder management skills.
  • Are detail-oriented student who is comfortable working with technical documentation and processes.
  • Are familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, or other document management systems.
  • Have a keen interest in compliance, product documentation, project coordination, and medical devices.
  • Possess effective organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Are comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Joining GN as a Student Assistant
In GN, our Student Assistants typically work 15-20 hours a week. We will collaborate with you to ensure your working hours complement your studies.
