Job Responsibilities
As a Global Sales Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of our global sales operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and management, you will combine your analytical expertise with strategic insights to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work on sales processes, and controls to support the business growth and at the same time keeping the organization compliant all the time.
• Collaborating with global sales teams to deliver actionable financial insights and ensure alignment with divisional strategies.
• Leading financial processes, such as forecasting, target-setting, and scenario analysis, to support effective decision-making.
• Providing expert guidance on margin development, pricing strategies, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
• Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and business results.
• Partnering with financial controllers to ensure compliance with external reporting requirements, including statutory and tax obligations.
  

Additionally, you will play a critical role in talent development, mentoring and coaching your team to build a high-performing, future-ready finance function that supports the company’s strategic goals.

Background & Skills
To excel in this role, you should bring a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in financial controlling, business partnering, or similar roles, preferably within international organizations.
  

In addition to your professional experience, you should demonstrate:

• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and turn it into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring and coaching teams to achieve professional growth and deliver outstanding results.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
