We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex projects and digital solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-impact projects, working closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

You will be the key point of contact for delivery-related decisions and will play a crucial role in driving the performance and growth of our Delivery team. Your expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management will be instrumental in fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery process for large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing communication, updates, and resolution of issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support a team of project managers, scrum masters, and other delivery staff, ensuring effective collaboration and high-performance outcomes.
  • Agile Implementation: Apply agile methodologies to guide the team in the development and execution of digital solutions, facilitating sprints, stand-ups, and reviews.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks early in the project lifecycle, proactively addressing issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement & education: Drive improvements in processes, workflows, and project management practices to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular reporting and key performance indicators using OKR framework together with management and clients, tracking the success and progress of all projects.
  • Active participant in our Leadership group, consisting of all department Leads that help shape our ways of working and the future of Adapt.

Required Skills & Experience (This is our wish list)

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar role, managing complex digital projects in an agile environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of agile project management frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal teams and clients.
  • A deep understanding of digital transformation, product development, and service delivery best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and managing project timelines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Danish is a plus but not required.
