European Energy is a Danish green energy company experiencing exponential growth. We develop, construct, and operate wind and solar PV projects globally and are at the forefront of the emerging green hydrogen/Power-to-X sectors. Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: In it together, Trust and Courage, Ambition, Excitement, Inclusion, and Agility.

Your New Team
Become an integral part of our Italian EPC Project Management and Execution team—a close-knit group of dedicated professionals who value knowledge sharing, trust, and open communication. This team thrives on collaboration, and we take pride in the strong relationships we build.

In this role, you will join a newly formed, local EPC team of four based on-site in Vizzini (Catania, Sicily) to support the development of Italy's largest AgriPV plant.

  • Act as the main point of contact with S&P for logistics coordination and material deliveries, ensuring the quality of materials received on-site
  • Provide daily support to the Site and Project Managers, as needed
  • Assist Superintendents with reporting technical issues related to construction progress, HSE, and quality assurance
  • Help prepare communication materials for third parties, under the guidance of Project Managers
  • Collaborate with the Tech Project Manager to assess and resolve design issues discovered on-site, proposing practical solutions
  • Support the Tech Project Manager in maintaining an up-to-date project document list

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Proven experience in site management within infrastructure projects
  • Fluent in Italian, with strong written and spoken English skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Capable of balancing quality, time, and cost considerations effectively
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Office 365 suite

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to contribute to one of Europe’s largest AgriPV projects and play a key role in its successful delivery
  • A temporary assignment (approx. 18 months) based at the construction site in Vizzini
  • An entrepreneurial, action-oriented work environment
  • Dynamic tasks and the chance to make a significant impact on a major renewable energy project
  • Trusted responsibilities within a supportive, collaborative, and friendly team
