We are seeking a skilled Capacity Planner to join our Operations team. As a Capacity Planner, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our resources, ensuring efficient operations, and meeting the demands of our growing business.
You will join our operations team of 10 energetic, sweet, cheerful, and dedicated colleagues at the office in Istanbul. We have a close collaboration in the department and across the organization as well as a culture where good ideas and sparring are highly valued.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze current capacity and forecast future needs based on data-driven insights and business projections, using Microsoft Dynamics AX12 and integrated tools.
- Handling incoming orders via web-ordering.
- Capacity planning and delivery scheduling via ERP system.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, including workforce, equipment, and facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational requirements and align capacity plans accordingly.
- Identify potential bottlenecks or constraints and propose solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of capacity planning strategies.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar fields.
- 1-3 years experience in ERP/Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of relevant software/tools for forecasting and modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Well organized and responsible.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Efficiency in English (our systems and international communication takes place in English).
- No military service for male candidates.
