THE POSITION
Review & Analysis
- Participate in reviewing and analyzing the requirement to understand test objectives
- Provide input on the testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.
Test plans
- Create test plans, test cases, manual/automated test scripts and performance tests.
- Executing manual/automated test plans.
Defect identification
- Testing & Participating in functional testing, regression testing and performance testing.
- Identifying bugs, issues, risks, and bottlenecks within the application.
- Other related duties as needed or assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Experience:
- 5 years+ software testing
- Experience working with overseas clients or colleagues is a must
- Good command of English
Functional Skills
- Understanding and experience with full testing lifecycle management;
- Experience in a Business Analyst or QA role for web applications is a plus;
- Experience with Agile Project Management; namely Scrum is a plus;
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification is a plus.
