On behalf of BioMar, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead both project and program management efforts, ensuring seamless integration of manufacturing systems across multiple sites. BioMar is looking for a structured and strategic project leader who can coordinate cross-functional efforts in the global rollout of the BioMar Manufacturing Platform while effectively communicating project outcomes and progress to key stakeholders. As the new Senior Project Manager, you will have the following areas of responsibility:

• Lead the global rollout of the BioMar Manufacturing Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee both project and program management, ensuring coordination across multiple initiatives within manufacturing digitalisation.
• Manage external solution providers, ensuring strong partnerships and high-quality service, including the integration of Aveva Software.
• Drive organisational change management to maximise adoption of new systems and processes.
• Prepare and present business cases and reports to leadership, providing data-driven insights.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to align releases and prioritisation of system changes.
• Track, document, and optimise project progress to drive continuous improvement.

You will report to Floris van der Hulst, Global Head of Manufacturing Excellence. While you will work closely with the Manufacturing Automation team, this team reports directly to Floris van der Hulst. The position offers flexibility, with a mix of on-site work in Aarhus and Brande, as well as remote work options. The role also includes 60-70 travel days per year.

Experienced Project & Program Leader with a Strong Technical Background

You bring a minimum of eight years of experience in Industrial IT and Manufacturing Automation, along with a proven track record of leading global manufacturing platform deployments in complex, international enterprises. Your expertise includes ERP systems, industrial automation, and digital project management tools, enabling you to successfully execute large-scale projects. Experience with Aveva Software and similar manufacturing solutions is highly desirable. Additionally, you are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and possess strong presentation and reporting skills.

You hold a degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, IT, or Computer Science. Certifications in Project Management and Organisational Change Management are highly desirable. While experience in line management is a plus, your ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives makes you a strong candidate for this role. We expect you to be fully fluent in English, both spoken and written.
