Business Process Analyst

Are you passionate about processes and ready to make a meaningful impact within an international organization? DESMI is looking for two Business Process Analysts for a limited-term Project-based employment to help us take our business processes to the next level.

The role
As a Business Process Analyst, you will be part of the global function: Process, Compliance, Quality, and HSE. You will play a vital role in supporting our global process initiatives and contributing to the globalization and maturation of our business processes.

With the implementation of a new ERP system as the main driver, your primary task will be to map and document the future processes for our operations and finance areas. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to analyze and enhance business processes, ensuring alignment and compliance with the Process Governance Framework. You will work closely with our global Business Process Architect, various global Process Owners, and regional Process Experts with specific knowledge of the processes to be mapped in our process mapping tool, HOPEX.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and participation in process activities
• Facilitation of process mapping workshops
• Mapping and documentation of future business processes
• Supporting Process Owners and Experts in process verification
• Contributing to increasing process maturity levels

Your Profile
The ideal candidate is passionate about processes, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can transform inputs from the organization into documented processes.

We are looking for a person who:

• Preferably has experience with operational and financial processes
• Has excellent organizational understanding and the ability to collaborate across the organization
• Has good knowledge of process mapping and documentation
• Can consider business processes from an end-to-end perspective and identify correlations between cross-organizational processes
• Has a structured and focused approach that ensures tasks are executed efficiently
• Masters English at a professional level, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 standards and/or MEGA HOPEX is an advantage

This is a full-time, limited-term position in Nørresundby, with an expected duration of 6-8 months. We have two openings available.
